Join Subul as an AI Instructor in this contracted, part-time role and play a key role in building tech specialization for conflict-affected tech talents. Subul is looking for a passionate and experienced AI expert to help us finalize and teach our AI Innovator Pathway curriculum.

Subul is launching a 4-month AI Engineering and Design Thinking course this August, designed to equip 30 young tech talents with the skills needed for remote tech roles. We are seeking a part-time, contracted instructor who can not only teach but also help finalize and shape the curriculum before the course begins. You will be an active part of supporting our mission to drive positive social change through tech empowerment and market-aligned trainings.

Based in The Hague, Subul is a social enterprise dedicated to bridging the gap between global tech companies and underrepresented tech talent, specifically focusing on newcomers and disadvantaged individuals.

Our mission is to provide dignified employment opportunities in the tech industry and utilize these opportunities to participate in rebuilding regions devastated by war.

• Curriculum Finalization: Work with our Impact Officer to finalize and adapt our existing AI + Design Thinking curriculum for the pilot cohort launching in August 2025.
• Instruction: Deliver engaging, hands-on lessons on AI engineering.
• Workshop Facilitation: Facilitate interactive workshops on Design Thinking and Design Sprints.
• Mentorship: Support student learning through mentoring, feedback, and evaluation.
• Administrative Tasks: Collaborate with the Subul team on program design, monitoring assessments, and impact tracking.

• Education: Completed a degree in AI, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Prior teaching or mentoring experience (formal or informal).
• Skills: Professional English proficiency as the course is to be taught in English. Additionally, strong communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Knowledge: Experience and familiarity with AI and related engineering concepts.
• Personal Attributes: Passionate about AI and social impact, organized, proactive. Proficiency in English and Arabic is required.
