2024 Impact Report
We are proud to share our 2024 Impact Report, highlighting Subul’s progress and commitment to empowering conflict-affected and displaced tech talent. We are driven by our vision to connect underrepresented tech talent with industry opportunities, driving both innovation & societal transformation.
Our Strategy is rooted in our three-part strategy: Impact Gig Work, Impact Outsourcing, and Impact HIring.
Subul’s Highlights:
- 32 talents placed into quality tech roles in 2024
- €1,300 average salary for Impact Hiring placements
- 60 software engineers on active Impact Outsourcing teams
- 88 individuals from under-resourced communities accessed flexible gig work
We believe in holistic support. That’s why we’ve built tailored programs to help our talent thrive:
Talent Support Outcomes:
- 100+ individuals received personalized career coaching (CVs, strategy, onboarding)
- 60 talents had 1:1 interview preparation
- 20 talents completed specialized English training
- We launched a Talent Support Fund to help talent overcome unexpected challenges
To guide our impact strategy, we listen directly to the voices of our talent through surveys, interviews, and feedback loops. Their voices directly shape our direction.

This work is only possible because of a community united by our common mission to bridge opportunity gaps for marginalized and displaced people.
